Accommodation cancellation policy

The conference has secured a block booking at various hotels as per the accommodation page on the conference website. Rooms will be allocated on a first-in basis until Friday 16 February 2024, as long as there are rooms available. After that date, all unallocated rooms will be released, and no guarantee can be made that rooms will be available. All prices are per room, per night and include goods and services tax (GST) at 15%.

Booked accommodation must be guaranteed with either a credit card number or full payment. This is to protect the hotel providers from no-shows and any damages that may occur to rooms If you cancel your accommodation after Friday 16 February 2024 or are a "no show" you will be charged a cancellation fee levied by the accommodation provider.

You will receive an automated email, along with an invoice (and receipt if you paid). If you don't receive this within 10 minutes of registering please check your spam filter as sometimes emails from the software get trapped. Contained in the confirmation email will be a link that will allow you to edit your registration and accommodation up to Friday 16 February 2024. (NB you won't be able to cancel your registration, but can cancel your accommodation.) Registration cancellation requests will need to be made in writing to rachael@hardingconsultants.co.nz.
