Lucy is a transport planner with over nine years experience working on complex highway infrastructure schemes from concept through to public consultation and construction. Her experience includes delivering London's North - South Cycle Superhighway and Cycle Hire expansion scheme. She has worked in both public and private sector organisations fostering stakeholder relationships and using innovate engagement approaches to ensure successful delivery. She is passionate about ensuring streets are designed for their users, integrating cycling infrastructure with place activity.

With roots in the Netherlands, Twan has recently moved to New Zealand to work on walking and cycling projects in Auckland. He brings in experience of planning, design and delivery of local and regional cycling and walking projects in the Netherlands and the UK.

Shane is a very experienced road safety engineer and researcher who works at the leading edge of his field. He has an excellent understanding of the safe system approach and what engineering, education and enforcement measures combined need to be applied to achieve it. He is an Adjunct Senior Fellow at the University of Canterbury, where he lectures in road safety. He is also active on two TRB research committees in the USA (Safety Data Analysis and Evaluation and Pedestrians). Shane experience includes crash reduction studies, safety auditing and risk rating, using strategic tools like KiwiRAP.
