Biography

Jerry is Senior Associate at Beca, with experience in transport planning, economics, business case development and business advisory. He also currently leads the infrastructure economics practice in Beca, and has provided transport policy and economic analysis assistance to the likes of NZTA, Auckland Transport, VicRoads, the World Bank, Asian Development Bank and Caribbean Development Bank. Outside work, he loves exploring around with his road bike.

Biography

Joel is a senior behavioural science researcher within WSP’s People and Technology Insights team. While at WSP he has produced research for a varied portfolio of clients, both national and international, ranging from government bodies such as Waka Kotahi, KiwiRail, Department of State Growth in Tasmania and Hertfordshire County Council in the United Kingdom to commercial entities such as the City Rail Link Alliance. Joel has a strong background in psychology with a focus on behavioural change and what factors influence desired changes, be these psychological or environmental. He is also well versed in designing and implementing evaluation programmes for interventions as well as formulating recommendations for guidance and policy changes.
