Andrew McGill is the Head of Integrated Network Planning at Auckland Transport. This team is responsible for the front end strategic planning of the entire transport system, across all transport modes.
Andrew is a transport planner, programme manager and people leader who has worked in the private and public sectors across Australia and New Zealand from strategic planning, development/implementation and through to transport operations and major events.

Lucy is a Principal Transport Planner in Mott MacDonald's Auckland office. She has over eleven years’ experience working on complex highway infrastructure and streetscape schemes from concept through to public consultation and construction. She has worked in both public and private sector organisations in the UK, Hong Kong and New Zealand fostering stakeholder relationships and using innovate engagement approaches to ensure successful delivery. She is passionate about ensuring streets are designed for their users with people and placemaking at the centre.

Hamish is co-director of Mackie Research and has 22 years of research and consultancy experience in various areas of human factors and ergonomics, with the last 14 years spent mostly in the transport sector. As a certified Human Factors professional, all of Hamish's work has the underlying theme of more human focussed systems and he has a particular focus on road safety and sustainable transport. Working with a range of collaborators, Hamish has worked on a number of important road safety projects including Safe System course development, Speed Management Guide, the Rural Intersection Active Warning System, and large scale research projects Te Ara Mua – Future Streets and Healthy Future Mobility Solutions.

As a specialist transport consultant, Bridget has gained experience across a wide range of modes and disciplines within the sector. Bridget has a particular interest in: road safety investigations, the design of countermeasures to address road safety risk as well as the design of infrastructure to support active modes.
Bridget has excellent problem-solving skills which she draws on regularly in her role as project manager. Bridget’s civil engineering degree qualification allows her to work effectively on multi-disciplinary projects with other professionals, understanding the needs and concerns of each area.

Tracy has over 18 years of experience working in both Local Government and consultancy in New Zealand, the UK and Ireland. She is an experienced transport planner with projects involving transport policy development and implementation to scheme delivery. She is passionate about creating a transport environment that provides genuine travel choice (including active modes) and that provides people of all ages and abilities with an environment that encourages as much independent travel as possible.

Jeanette is a transport specialist with a particular interest in walking and cycling and streetscape design. She has 22 years’ of diverse civil engineering experience, focusing on traffic engineering/design, transport planning, land development and project management of transport projects. Jeanette is the Chair of the Engineering New Zealand Transportation Group.
