Claire Pascoe is the Multi-Modal Lead Advisor at the New Zealand Transport Agency. Her role is focussed on balancing and connecting up the transport system, particularly in urban environments, so people have genuine choices about how they get around. In her previous positions in the National Cycling team, she played a lead role in the development and delivery of the Urban Cycleways Programme and a suite of culture change activities designed to change the conversation on cycling. Claire did her Masters research on the psychology and behavioural aspects of multi-modal transport systems and is delighted to be putting it to good use ten years later.

Mike is a Principal Engineer at Stantec NZ. He has more than 25 years' experience as a civil engineer and has primarily focussed on transportation projects throughout his career. He is experienced in leadership, asset, contract and project management and has undertake the Engineer to the Contract role for both highway and bridge projects.
He is a Chartered Engineer (UK), member of Engineering New Zealand and the Institution of Civil Engineers (UK).

Matt Ensor is Business Director for Advisory Services at Beca and leads Beca's global Smart Cities services. He is a member of the IPENZ Transportation Group and a former national committee member. Matt’s qualifications are in Civil Engineering, Sociology & Management, and in 2012 he attended INSEAD Business School in France on a Prime Minister’s Business Scholarship. Matt is a recognised leader in the application of Smart City technologies to planning, infrastructure and asset operations.

Stuart is a principal transport planner with 30 years’ experience in local and central government and consulting. He has been involved in urban growth strategies, integrated transport-land use projects and transport strategy studies as well as network planning and transport model development.
Alongside his primary role, Stuart was seconded to lead the NZ Transport Agency “Resilience Project” to improve the Agency’s approach to Resilience.
