Biography

I am the Clinical Director of Obstetrics and Gynaecology at Christchurch Women's hospital where I have been working as a generalist consultant since 2011 . I enjoy a broad range of interests across O and G with an interest in laparoscopic surgery. I am a representative for Aotearoa on the council of RANZCOG and am passionate about trying to achieve national consistency and equity in health care for wāhine both in terms of access , treatment and outcomes.

Biography

Hannah is a Pelvic Health Physiotherapist, graduating from AUT in 2004. She then went on to complete a Post Graduate Certificate in pelvic floor rehabilitation at Melbourne University in 2010. In 2017 she completed a Professional Certificate in pelvic organ prolapse at the University of South Australia. More recently she has completed a Masters research project at the University of Auckland on assessing the pelvic floor muscle responses during exercise. Hannah is based in Auckland and has worked in both private and public treating men and women with pelvic floor symptoms. Qualifications: BHsc (Physiotherapy) 2004, PGCert (Pelvic Floor Rehabilitation) 2010, Professional Certificate (Pelvic Organ Prolapse) 2017, MRes (Bioengineering) 2021
