Overview

Biography

Di began her career in health care as a Registered Nurse, before moving into clinical/academic education and organisational learning and development. As a People Development Consultant at CM Health Di assists employees to explore career choices through reflection; what is important to them, what they value as a person and as an employee. This career exploration is a starting place for employees to frame the ‘big picture’ of who they are, what they want, and where they want to go with their career. Di has a passion for supporting the growth of people in health care to feel fulfilled in their work.
