Melody Thomas is creator and host of the podcast The Good Sex Project, created for Stuff, and the co-director of international award winning podcast production company Popsock Media. She is currently working on a second season of the podcast, and hopes to finish a book about her sexuality and relationships mahi this year.

Serafin Upton has worked in New Zealand and Australia as a family and couples therapist for over 20 years. On top of her extensive experience and qualifications, she has also trained under world-renowned sex and relationship therapists Esther Perel and Terry Real. Her current focus is running The Men's Health Collective Aotearoa New Zealand.

Olivia is a specialist gynaecologist based in Otautahi, Christchurch New Zealand. She obtained her medical degree from University College London and undertook post graduate studies at Imperial College before relocating to New Zealand to complete her fellowship training in O&G in 2005. She works for Te Whatu Ora Health New Zealand as well as in private practice. In 2023 she co-founded and launched Nu Balm an oil based vaginal lubricant and uses this business platform to educate women about all aspects of vulvo-vaginal health www.nubalm.co
“Gynaecology is a diverse field of medicine covering many areas of health through reproductive and post reproductive years. I am passionate about all aspects of wellbeing and wish to inspire others to take steps that promote vitality and optimises for a long, happy and enjoyable life.”
She lives with her two teenage children and tries to keep herself fit. When she is not plunging into an ice bath, Olivia enjoys orienteering and adventure racing.
