In the first part of this workshop, Angela Meyer and Rachel Davies from Hi Money will help you explore your relationship with money and reframe negative beliefs, stories and habits about money.
In part two, join the team at Financial Independence and Craigs Investment Partners as they share practical tips to help grow your wealth and financial freedom.

Angela Meyer
Angela is the 2023 winner of the Financial Services Council ‘Emerging TrailBlazer Award’ for her work on The Table and Hi Money. She is also a three times nominee for the Women of Influence Awards (2016, 2018 and 2022) for her work supporting gender equity and identifying ways in which businesses can improve gender relations in the workplace and help unlock the power of the $28 trillion female economy. Angela has led high performing teams in the corporate, arts and government sectors and is the co-founder of the Ace Lady Network, Gender Justice Collective and Project Gender. From 2016 - 2020 she was the founder and the director of Double Denim, an internationally award-winning agency. In 2021 she developed and led ‘Trade Careers’ - a project to get more women into the trades.
Rachel Davies

Davies helps teams and individuals maximise their success by incorporating game-changing therapeutic tools. She has over a decade of broad training in the healing arts, including a few years studying at the legendary Esalen Institute in California, as well as qualification in bioenergetic psychotherapy. Prior to this, Davies worked in the creative arts for two decades. She's known for her good humoured, down to earth, collaborative approach that supports people to unlock their best.

Alison is proud to be part of the Specialist Medical Team at Financial Independence. She has worked with medical professionals in the UK and New Zealand throughout her career. She hails from Scotland and was previously a Senior Adviser with MAS for many years. Katie Douglas-Clifford is an Investment Adviser at Craigs Investment Partners who is incredibly passionate about helping her clients reach their financial goals by providing tailored investment advice. Whether you are just starting out with investing and building your wealth, or moving into retirement having sold a business, property or other assets and wanting to protect your wealth from the impact of inflation, she can help.
She specialises in building portfolios utilising all aspects of equity; listed shares and private equity, fixed interest & cash and provides portfolio management for individual clients, trusts and companies as well as providing advice for KiwiSaver and foreign superannuation transfers. She loves sharing her knowledge and is often asked to speak at businesses and Women’s events about the importance of generating wealth and how to get started!
Katie joined Craigs as an Investment Adviser in 2016, prior to this having worked at Macquarie Bank in Sydney and Fisher Funds in Auckland. She is the mother to three wonderful sons, including twins and stays active by doing Pilates, walking with her chocolate Labrador, boating, fishing and recreational flying with her husband who has his private pilots licence.
