Mitchell Price is Director of Government Affairs, Australia & New Zealand. He is a passionate leader who is experienced in the disruptive mobility space. After spending four years as the Chief of Staff to a NSW MP, he has gained a well respected reputation within the sector. Mitchell is enthusiastic about improving cities by unlocking first and last mile solutions, as well as planning better communities.

Shane Ellison has been CEO at Auckland Transport since December 2017. He has over 20 years global experience in senior leadership roles across the transport and infrastructure sectors. Most recently these included being the International Development Officer and Chief Operating Officer (New South Wales and Queensland) for Transdev, the world’s largest private operator of public transport.
He was a key member of the consortium which secured the tender for Sydney’s $2.2 billion light rail project, currently under construction. Born and raised in the South Island he has whakapapa linking him to the iwi of Ngai Tahu and Te Ati Awa.
At Auckland Transport his key focus areas are on the delivery of the region’s largest ever infrastructure development programme, road safety, and organisational transformation around responsiveness and providing better customer experiences.

The New Zealand Transport Agency is all about creating great journeys to keep New Zealand moving and Lisa helps ensure the right strategies are in place to do that.
Her team develop and embed strategic direction on critical safety and environmental issues. Delivering great results by turning strategy into action is her focus.
Lisa is a lawyer and resource management specialist with a keen interest in environmental and social responsibility. She began her involvement with the transport sector as Environmental Director for Transit New Zealand and has held various roles since, including Chief Advisor of Safety Directions, during which time she was instrumental in delivering the first Safer Journeys Action Plan with partners and introducing the transformational safe system approach to New Zealand. More recently she developed the Agency’s new strategy while in the role of National Manager Strategy and acted in the role of Director Regional Relationships for the Lower North Island.

CEO, Global Road Safety Partnership (GRSP)
Dave Cliff began his role as the Chief Executive of the Global Road Safety Partnership (GRSP) in April 2017. The GRSP is hosted within the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies and is based in Geneva, Switzerland. The role of the GRSP is to develop government, civil society and corporate partnerships to address road safety issues primarily in low and middle-income countries. The GRSP leads road policing capacity building programmes, advocacy campaigns, a global road safety leadership course jointly with John Hopkins University as well as numerous road safety programmes throughout Africa, Asia and Latin America.
Dave came to the GRSP from his role as the Assistant Commissioner for Road Policing for New Zealand Police. He led road policing in New Zealand for several years and worked on road safety projects and assessments for the World Bank and the OECD in Vietnam, India and Korea. During 2015 he was involved in road policing capacity building with the GRSP in India, Vietnam, China, Brazil and Colombia. Dave was appointed as an Officer of the New Zealand Order of Merit (ONZM) in the 2012 Royal Honours and received a second Royal Honour in 2013 when appointed as a Member of the Order of St John (MStJ).
