Raised Safety Platforms – A launch pad to success
1:30 PM - 2:20 PMBiography
I am the Transport Safety Team Lead at the Hamilton City Council. I have been working in the Road Safety Field for 27 years, while most of that time has been in New Zealand both private consultancy and with Territorial Local Authorities developing minor improvement projects and advising in subdivision design; I have also spent time in England working at TRL Ltd where I learnt the art of crash reconstruction and was involved in the UK ‘On the Spot’ crash causation research project. I am proud to be part of the first city in New Zealand to have a Vision Zero aspiration.
