Vicktoria Blake is the Head of Sustainability for Te Whatu Ora Health New Zealand. Vicktoria has worked in the sustainability space for over 15 years in various capacities, bringing a strong focus on collaboration across local and central government, and various sectors. Vicktoria brings a health lens to sustainability conversations emphasising the connection between climate action and health and wellbeing improvements.

Jeanette is a Technical Director at Abley with a specific focus on active modes and streetscape design. Her passion is creating great places for people. She has had the opportunity to influence this through developing pedestrian planning and design guidance for Waka Kotahi NZ Transport Agency and also Austroads. Good practice guidance is important, it ensures the industry has the information and tools to deliver the best possible outcomes for walking. When Jeanette talks about planning and design guidance, and how this can influence the development of walkable communities, she always uses examples and reinforces the practical application.

Jessica is Team Lead Safe System for the NZ Transport Agency Waka Kotahi. In this role, Jessica leads a team that is responsible for providing the strategic direction for road safety. They have helped lead and shape the national road safety strategy Road to Zero as well as working across and supporting the implementation to significantly improve safety performance in New Zealand. Prior to her current role, Jessica as held various roles in the transport industry and has over 19 years road safety engineering experience working in New Zealand for Waka Kotahi, Auckland Transport and consultants. This has given her vast experience of the transport sector in road safety, traffic management, network management, pavement and surfacing design and construction.
