Richard Hart is a Transportation Engineer at MRCagney with degrees in civil engineering and economics from the University of Auckland. He has experience in business cases, economic assessments, road safety and city logistics. Most notably, Richard was involved in the single-stage business case for upgrading the streetscape around the new Karanga-a-Hape Station in Auckland’s city centre. He is passionate about improving equitable access to opportunities and the decarbonisation of transport. He believes that effective storytelling is the key to making transformative change in the transportation space.
