Minn graduated from Manchester Metropolitan University with a BSc (Hons) in Applied Biological Sciences. Her introduction to a Behaviour Change role professionally came through employment with Environment Canterbury in 2008. Skip on to 2013 and the creation of a Community Travel Advisor position at Christchurch City Council to support the central city regeneration following on from 2010/11's earthquake sequence. Minn's learnings continue to develop and strengthen as the realms of Travel Demand Management broaden and achieve higher profile activity. She is excited and honoured to contribute and be part of this area of growth and innovation.

Glen joined ViaStrada in 2016, having spent the previous 12 years with the University of Canterbury, and prior to that with Opus International Consultants. He has a PhD in Transportation Engineering, as well as Masters and Bachelors degrees in civil engineering and computer science. At Canterbury, Glen taught and undertook research and consulting in a range of topics in transportation planning, traffic engineering and management, highway geometric design, road safety, engineering design, and professional engineering skills. At ViaStrada, he now works for a wide variety of national and local clients providing expert advice on traffic and transportation matters, and helping to develop best-practice transport facilities and guidelines. Glen specialises in road safety and sustainable transport, with particular interest and expertise in walking & cycling and speed/traffic management, and has travelled extensively to study overseas practices in these areas.

Brydon is a Transport Engineer and Team Leader for Transportation Design at WSP, based in Hamilton. Brydon has been involved with the Speed and Infrastructure Programme, since its inception in 2019. He actively works within the Project Delivery space and has spent time working as an estimator, site engineer, project controller, project manager and design manager. Brydon is an advocate for improving our transport systems to promote safety and efficient transport choices.
