The conference ebike cycling tour will start at end by the Maitai River, a shot walk from the Rutherford Hotel. The tour will showcase the existing and proposed cycle facilities that give Nelson its reputation as a cycle city, taking around 1.5hrs and covering 15km. The key highlights of the tour include:
•	Experiencing the existing Great Taste Trail cycleway connection through the city, hearing about its history and the proposed urban roundabout retrofits along the way.
•	Discuss the path to permanence for the Nelson South Streets for People walking and cycling improvements
•	Ride over to the beach at Tāhunanui, hearing about the Muritai Street separated cycleway, the new Te Pa Harakeke playground and the proposed Rocks Road active mode transformation
•	Head back to the city past the port and along the Maitai River shared paths
