                    Chun-Lin Lee is a Senior Transport Planner at Stantec, with experience across transport planning, traffic engineering and business case development. She is a strong supporter of sustainable transport, and in recent years her work has focused on unlocking investment for walking, cycling and public transport improvements. Chun-Lin has Chinese-Malaysian heritage and grew up in Tāmaki Makaurau (Auckland) but has been based in Te Whanganui-a-Tara (Wellington) for the past four years. She enjoys living in a compact city and the freedom and joy that comes from zooming around on an e-bike.

                    I am an independent Transport Planner and Engineer.  I am an acknowledged Expert Witness specialising in master planning, driver behaviour and road safety.  I am also a Professional Teaching Fellow at the University of Auckland, where I lecture postgraduate subjects such as Transportation Safety and Economics Analysis, Traffic Modelling and Geometric Design.
I am a seasoned expert witness appearing in resource consents, environment and district court hearings, with over 30 years of experience in transport engineering, encompassing forays into psychology and academia.  My primary research focus is driver behaviour (motorcycles) and roadside advertising, particularly Digital Advertising Billboards.
My PhD research investigated driver behaviour, human factors and queue prediction at signalised intersections using these same techniques.
