Sarah-Lee brings a rare blend of communication expertise and hands-on engagement leadership, with a strong track record in navigating complex stakeholder environments, managing reputational risk, and delivering results. Her deep local knowledge, cultural fluency with iwi and hapū, and sharp political insight make her a trusted presence across infrastructure projects.
Widely recognised for her ability to foster social licence and guide teams through challenging engagement landscapes, Sarah-Lee is a steady, strategic voice who sets the tone for successful project delivery

Paul Minett (MBA Auckland) has a lifelong interest in transportation, and a twenty-five-year focus on the issues of reducing the negative outcomes caused by commuters traveling in single occupant vehicles. He has carried out research into flexible carpooling for the University of California (Davis) and the Transportation Research Board, and into congestion-clearing payments to passengers for the Mineta Transportation Institute.
He recently completed an investigation into Mobility as a Service (MaaS) for the New Zealand Transport Agency Waka Kotahi. He helped found and was the inaugural chair of the Ridesharing Institute, formed to draw focus to the need for better understanding and greater action in the field of shared transportation.
He is a thought leader in this field and has written several articles and papers and made conference presentations on the topic.
Paul has a talent for deep thinking, and relentless pursuit of comprehensive understanding as a prerequisite to action.
Born in the UK, Paul grew up in northern Canada, and now lives in Auckland, New Zealand.

Stephen Christie is a Principal Analyst with the Wellington Transport Analytics Unit at Greater Wellington Regional Council. He leads the State of the Transport Network evidence base for the 2027 Regional Land Transport Plan. Building off that work, he and his colleagues produce the region’s new monthly “Transport Insights” report series and associated interactive dashboards. His current interests include peak‑demand management, transport access equity, and road safety.

Miriam is an urban designer who believes urban design is a powerful tool to help communities re-imagine their streets and spaces that put people at the heart. Through her role, she is dedicated to designing equitable and climate-resilient urban places.
Based in Te Whanganui a Tara, outside of work, Miriam is a committee member of Women in Urbanism Aotearoa and an elected member on the Tawa Community Board.

Jon is the Policy Lead at Ihi Aotearoa Sport NZ where he focuses on working with other organisations to use the power of sport and physical activity to improve the lives of New Zealanders. He has a background in central government and worked in a range of policy roles at the Ministry of Social Development and Ministry for Business, Innovation and Employment before joining Sport NZ in 2020.
Originally from the southwest of England, Jon has lived in Te Whanganui a Tara for the last 21 years with his wife and three kids. When he can fit it in between ferrying his kids around to all their activities, he enjoys getting out on the golf course and exploring the great network of trails around Wellington.
