Alan is a roading/traffic engineer who joined TES in 2015. During this time he has focused on preparing scheme and construction plans for a range of road safety improvement projects, involving CAD design, cost scheduling, utility service investigation, and street lighting design.

I am a Senor Proejct Manager for Auckland Transport. I worked as a traffic engineer for AT from 2010-2014. I started my career in New Zealand as a Transportation engineer with Beca Consultants since I was graduated with a M.E. (Transportation) degree in 2006 from the University of Canterbury. I am a Charted Professional Engineer (Engineering NZ), PRINCE2® Practitioner and PMP® qualified Project Manager. I holds a Bachelors in Civil Engineering (B.Sc. Civil) from the university of Moratuwa, Sri Lanka.
My skills and expertice cover a wide range from Civil Engineering to Project Management. I have investigated, designed, managed and delivered a number of transport projects in Auckland for last 12 years. I very much enjoy delivering improved transport outcomes for the community.

Ina Stenzel works as a Principal Specialist – Walking & Cycling at Auckland Transport. She is a technical design specialist on active modes and works as a specialist design advisor and leader on a wide range of projects in Auckland. She has over 18 years of work experience. Her main focus of work has been on project managing, advising and reviewing walking and cycling projects as well as a range of large multi-modal corridor projects. In addition she leads the training of best practice walking and cycling design within AT and externally.
She is driven to achieve the best outcomes for sustainable urban transport and active modes. Her main motivation is to provide people with sustainable transport options to move around and to connect. She enjoys the challenge of finding solutions to incorporate walking and cycling infrastructure in the design and retrofit of streets, adopting international best practice within the NZ context.
