5:30pm Delegates take a 15 minute walk to the cable car and then ride up, taking in the magnificent views of Wellington, up to the Cable Car Museum (where you can enjoy a private ‘back of house’ tour or head straight on up to Carter Observatory) to enjoy canapés and light ‘bowl’ food. The planetarium is a ‘must do’. 8:00pm Shuttle service commences back to official hotels (Copthorne Oriental Bay, Museum, Distinction and West Plaza Hotels); or take the cable car back down.
