This event registration form allows you to purchase tickets for the 125 Years Strong: A Gala Celebration on Saturday night. You will be asked to provide an email address, cell phone number, and, if relevant, the decade you played rugby for HSOB. Additionally, you will be asked to nominate who you think is the most notable First XV player from your decade

The committee, at their discretion, may publicly promote your attendance to other potential attendees. You will have the opportunity to opt out.

If you are purchasing multiple tickets (including purchasing a table), you will also be asked the names, email addresses and mobile numbers of the other ticket holders. If you don't yet have this information, you can provide it at a later date.

This information is required for name badges and entry purposes. Tickets will be emailed electronically and name badges will be collected as you arrive at the dinner.

Credit Card Payment

A merchant fee of 3.75% for Visa and MasterCard and 4.00% for AMEX will be added to your total.

GST Invoice and Receipt
