All delegates must be qualified as, or in training to be, doctors and identify as female or non-binary. Exceptions to this are presenters, exhibitors and sponsors.

Our attendee app provides conference delegates with lots of useful information regarding the conference in one convenient location, including a list of attendees with their profile information (name, position, organisation). Please indicate below if you would like your profile information visible on the attendee app. We would strongly urge you to accept this as this is a great tool to connect with others: you have total control over who sees your information. Absolutely no contact information will be provided.

As you have indicated you are not a member of NZWIM, there is an additional non-member fee which will be added to your total. If you are a Trainee/Student there is no fee.

Cancellation Policy

The conference has secured a block booking at various hotels as per the accommodation page on the conference website. Rooms will be allocated on a first-in basis until Friday 12 April 2024, as long as there are rooms available. After that date, all unallocated rooms will be released, and no guarantee can be made that rooms will be available. All prices are per room, per night and include goods and services tax (GST) at 15%. Breakfast is not included in the rate unless specified.

Booked accommodation must be guaranteed with either a credit card number or full payment. This is to protect the hotel providers from no-shows and any damages that may occur to rooms. On check-out, any additional costs incurred can be settled with cash, eftpos or a credit card.

If you cancel your accommodation after Friday 12 April 2024 or are a "no show" you will be charged a cancellation fee levied by the accommodation provider. Delegates are advised to take out personal travel insurance and to extend their policy to cover personal possessions. The conference does not cover individuals against cancellations of any bookings or theft or damage to belongings.

You will receive an automated email, along with an invoice (and receipt if you paid). If you don't receive this within 10 minutes of registering please check your spam filter as sometimes emails from the software get trapped. Contained in the confirmation email will be a link that will allow you to edit your registration and accommodation up to Friday 19 April 2024. (NB you won't be able to cancel your registration but can cancel your accommodation.) Registration cancellation requests will need to be made in writing to rachael@hardingconferences.co.nz.
