                    Nicole Baker is a strategy advisor with a focus on long-term thinking and system change, and with particular experience in climate change, energy, transport, and biodiversity. She has recently joined Arup in Melbourne as Associate Principal – Climate and Sustainability. Nicole has worked in the Pacific across two decades as a consultant to national governments, the World Bank, the New Zealand Government, and a variety of NGOs. She has a deep understanding of development in a Pacific Island context - including the inevitable constraints of small populations and remote geographies, and the need for better donor coordination and more strategic, programmatic approaches to investment.

                    Sean is a health promoter and public health advocate based in the National Public Health Service of Te Whatu Ora where he leads in the connection between health and transport in Auckland. Recent work has included advocating for and advising on safe speed limits across the Auckland road network and understanding the impact of active transport promoting legislation on rates of cycling with the University of Auckland School of Law.

                    City shaper and innovator on cities, land use, and urban transport. Sara has a orked at federal, state and local government, and private sector over 25 years. She us on the board of the World Cycling Alliance and president of Better Streets Australia. 
Sara has written and co-authored 20 publications including for the United Nations and Australian Government.
