Registration & Information desk hours opening hours
Please come to the registration desk, located in the conference foyer (hotel reception will guide you). Or if you are parking in the hotel car park, follow the Harding Conferences registration flag. The registration desk will be open during the hours outlined below for name badge collection and any other information you may need:
- Wednesday 9 August: 4:30 pm - 5:30pm
- Thursday 10 August: 7:30am - 4:30pm
- Friday 11 August: 7:30am - 4:00pm
Conference AGM
Complimentary drinks and platter food will be supplied. Come along and contribute to CETANZ.
Transport to conference dinner: Hobbiton
Meet at the Distinction Hotel reception at 5:45pm to get the bus to Hobbiton. If you want to make your own way there we need to be advised of this as vehicles can't enter Hobbiton without prior approval.
