Tickets to the social functions can be purchased at an additional cost: welcome function $125 per person and conference dinner $172.50 per person.
NON-MEMBERSHIP FEE
Any delegate or presenter who is not a financial member of the Transportation Group (excludes Exhibitors, Sponsors, members of Engineering NZ, Trafinz, ITE ANZ and IPWEA) is required to pay a surcharge. The cost for this is $138 + GST.
ELIGIBILITY FOR YOUNG PROFESSIONALS AND STUDENTS
Please note that the applications for these registration types will be open in December and will
close Friday 1 February 2019.The Transportation Group National Committee is pleased to be able to offer reduced registration fees to eligible members as part of our encouragement of the attendance of young professionals and students at this year’s conference.
Any member of the Transportation Group who is under the age of 30 years old on 1 March 2019 is eligible to attend the conference as a young professional.
In addition, full-time students who are members of the Transportation Group (irrespective of age) and
not in any professional employment may attend either one or all days of the conference at reduced daily rates. Once we receive your registration, you will be asked to provide a scan of your student ID to confirm your registration.

REGISTRATION CONDITIONS
Early bird registrations that remain unpaid at the beginning of conference (Monday 4 March) will be automatically increased to the standard registration rate.
CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS
Please be advised our payment service provider Centium Software, is PCI DSS Level 1 compliant. This means, your card holder data is protected to the highest possible levels, from data entry into our online registration sites, through to payment into the banks.
A merchant fee of 3% will be added to your total should you choose to pay your registration/accommodation via credit card.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Should you be unable to attend once you have registered, you may reassign your registration to another person. Please note you must advise the Conference Secretariat by email to rachel@hardingconsultants.co.nz
Registration cancellations will not be accepted unless made in writing. Cancellations made on or before Friday 1 February 2019, will be refunded less 30% to cover administration costs. Please note that all cancellation fees are payable irrespective of whether the invoice for registration has been paid or not at the time of cancellation. No refunds or credits will be given after Friday 1 February 2019.
If, for reasons beyond the control of ENZ TG and the conference organisers (Harding Consultants), the conference is cancelled, the registration fee will be refunded after the deduction of expenses already incurred.
INSURANCE
Registration fees do not include insurance of any kind. It is strongly recommended that all delegates take out their own travel insurance (with extended cover for personal possessions) and medical insurance prior to the conference. The policy should include loss of fees through cancellation of your participation in the conference itself, loss of airfares for any reason, medical expenses, theft or damage to belongings and repatriation should travel arrangements have to be altered. In the event of industrial disruptions or natural disasters the conference organisers cannot accept responsibility for any financial or other losses incurred by delegates. Nor can the organisers take responsibility for injury or damage to property or persons occurring during the conference or associated activities. Insurance is the responsibility of the individual delegate.
