    Tickets to the social functions can be purchased at an additional cost: welcome function $125 per person and conference dinner $172.50 per person.
    NON-MEMBERSHIP FEE
    Any delegate or presenter who is not a financial member of the Transportation Group (excludes Exhibitors, Sponsors, members of Engineering NZ, Trafinz, ITE ANZ and IPWEA) is required to pay a surcharge. The cost for this is $138 + GST.
    ELIGIBILITY FOR YOUNG PROFESSIONALS AND STUDENTS
    Please note that the applications for these registration types will be open in December and will close Friday 1 February 2019.
    The Transportation Group National Committee is pleased to be able to offer reduced registration fees to eligible members as part of our encouragement of the attendance of young professionals and students at this year’s conference.
    Any member of the Transportation Group who is under the age of 30 years old on 1 March 2019 is eligible to attend the conference as a young professional.
    In addition, full-time students who are members of the Transportation Group (irrespective of age) and not in any professional employment may attend either one or all days of the conference at reduced daily rates. Once we receive your registration, you will be asked to provide a scan of your student ID to confirm your registration.

    REGISTRATION CONDITIONS
    Early bird registrations that remain unpaid at the beginning of conference (Monday 4 March) will be automatically increased to the standard registration rate.
    CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS
    Please be advised our payment service provider Centium Software, is PCI DSS Level 1 compliant. This means, your card holder data is protected to the highest possible levels, from data entry into our online registration sites, through to payment into the banks.
    A merchant fee of 3% will be added to your total should you choose to pay your registration/accommodation via credit card.
    CANCELLATION POLICY
    Should you be unable to attend once you have registered, you may reassign your registration to another person. Please note you must advise the Conference Secretariat by email to rachel@hardingconsultants.co.nz

    Registration cancellations will not be accepted unless made in writing. Cancellations made on or before Friday 1 February 2019, will be refunded less 30% to cover administration costs. Please note that all cancellation fees are payable irrespective of whether the invoice for registration has been paid or not at the time of cancellation. No refunds or credits will be given after Friday 1 February 2019.

    If, for reasons beyond the control of ENZ TG and the conference organisers (Harding Consultants), the conference is cancelled, the registration fee will be refunded after the deduction of expenses already incurred.
    INSURANCE
    Registration fees do not include insurance of any kind. It is strongly recommended that all delegates take out their own travel insurance (with extended cover for personal possessions) and medical insurance prior to the conference. The policy should include loss of fees through cancellation of your participation in the conference itself, loss of airfares for any reason, medical expenses, theft or damage to belongings and repatriation should travel arrangements have to be altered. In the event of industrial disruptions or natural disasters the conference organisers cannot accept responsibility for any financial or other losses incurred by delegates. Nor can the organisers take responsibility for injury or damage to property or persons occurring during the conference or associated activities. Insurance is the responsibility of the individual delegate.

The conference and its agents reserve the right to alter without prior notice, any of the arrangements, timetables, plans or other items relating to the conference, for any cause beyond its reasonable control.

    ENZ TG and the conference organisers are not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused as a result of such alteration. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, ENZ TG and the conference organisers do not accept responsibility for loss of monies caused by delays and/or cancellation.

    • If you do not check-in on the arrival date you have specified, the hotel will charge a cancellation fee.
    • Check in time is from 2:00pm, unless stated differently below. If you require an early check-in, you will need to reserve your accommodation from the previous night and pay for an additional night's accommodation.
    • Extended Stay: If you wish to stay for an extended period, please book as much of your intended stay as is available on the registration site and indicate your preferred check-in and check-out dates in the Extension request field on the following page. Where possible, we will arrange an extension of your booking with the hotel on your behalf.
    • Please note room rates are quoted on a per room per night basis.
    • Accommodation bookings will be made as requested during the registration process. If amendments or cancellations are not advised to Harding Consultants by Friday 29 January 2019 the hotel will charge a cancellation fee. This includes any no-shows.
    • All rates are quoted in New Zealand Dollars and include 15% Goods and Services Tax.

    Delegates who intend to share a room should indicate the name of the person with whom they wish to share on the registration form. Only ONE of the sharing delegates should submit the accommodation booking.

    • All changes to accommodation must be made in writing to Harding Conferences, rather than to the accommodation venue.
    • The conference and Harding Conferences cannot guarantee your selected accommodation will be available, however will provide an alternative option should this occur. Accommodation will be allocated in order of receipt of bookings.

    The Engineering New Zealand Transportation Group 2019 conference (ENZ TG 2019) may include physical activities which involve personal danger. In consideration of being permitted to take part in conference activities, the undersigned for his/herself, his/her personal representatives, heirs and next of kin (together referred to as the "Delegate") hereby gives the following acknowledgement, waiver and release from liability in favour of ENZ TG,  conference organisers (Harding Consultants), officers, agents, contractors, and employees.

    Please read this acknowledgement, waiver and release from liability carefully before finalising your online registration.

    I understand that participating in ENZ TG 2019 may involve travel on public and private roads and outdoor and/or physical activities including walking and cycling. The hazards include, but are not limited to, walking, cycling, car, bus, actions of other participants or the general public, weather conditions and my physical and mental state of health. In my judgement, I am fit and well enough to participate in the conference safely.

    I note that any physical activity, such as walking or cycling, that I opt to take part in, including the technical tour, will be outlined to me in detail at a later date, including the route to be taken. I will then sign that I have sighted this route via the attendee app onsite at conference.

    I agree to abide by the rules of the conference providers and to the extent allowed by law, release ENZ TG, the conference organisers and sponsors from any liability to me or my/their successors, and I agree to participate at my own risk.

    I agree to the use of any photos, videos or digital footage being used for the promotion of Trafinz conferences.

    ⁠PCI DSS is a comprehensive set of requirements created by the Payment Card Industry Security Standards Council for enhancing cardholder data security and to ensure the safe handling and storage of sensitive customer credit card information / data.
